We want all our Linda Lee Jewelry customers and retail partners to be 100% satisfied with all our designs, however we know that occasionally things happen. If you are unsatisfied with any Linda Lee item that you purchased online, you may exchange or return it within 14 days of purchase with your original order packing receipt. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on jewelry that has been worn or is damaged in any way.
